Move Alaska businesses from one generation of Alaskans to the next.
We make the process as straightforward as it can be, maximize what the business is worth, and improve the odds it actually closes.
Alaska deals our Managing Director has worked on
Our mission
Keep Alaska’s businesses in Alaska hands. When an owner is ready to step back, the next owner should be someone who lives here, knows the work, and intends to stay.
Find a successor
Sell your business to a local owner-operator
We focus on local to local transitions. That includes a transfer to employees or family, a sale to a competitor, or a private equity buyer when that is the right answer.
- A first conversation, free, wherever suits you
- A read on where you stand and what it would take
- A plan built around your timeline, not ours
Become an owner
Become an owner of a local small business
Why start from scratch when you can acquire a local generational company with proven cash flow? Whether you are ready now or want to know what it takes, we would rather be your first call than your last.
- Ready to buy, and looking for the right one
- Not yet, and want to know what it takes
- Interested as a passive minority investor

WhereAlaska
Close to the edges, tell us anyway. Not selling at all? We work on growth too.
Where owners usually are
If one of these sounds like you, the timing is right.
“I want to be out in a few years.”
“My GM could probably run it.”
“One of my kids might want it.”
“Somebody called me with an offer.”

Managing Director
Succession, valuation, and exit preparation
Kekama Tuiofu grew up in Alaska and built his career across capital markets, private equity, and business operations. At Pt Capital he led buy-side underwriting on sponsor acquisitions, developing a clear view of what financially prepared businesses look like versus what most owners actually present to buyers. At Alaska Communications he operated at the Director level across a company exceeding $500M in enterprise value, managing complex financial and operational functions across multiple business units.
Today he works directly with lower and middle market business owners who need CFO-level thinking without a full-time CFO. Clean financials, decision-ready reporting, and a strategic layer that most small businesses never get access to. His industry experience spans tourism, telecommunications, industrials, hospitality, and oil and gas. He serves on the board of directors of Food Bank of Alaska.

Started here. Sold here. Still here.
The first conversation is free and it is not a sales meeting. Coffee, a beer after work, or we stop by the office. Bring nothing.
Or just send us an email.
Need to sell now?
Sometimes there is no runway. If something has already happened and the timeline is measured in months, call. We will tell you honestly what is possible, and in some cases we will buy it ourselves.
